RAMSCO Announces Acquisition
RAMSCO today announced that it has acquired the Binghamton Company, Jones Water Supply Inc. Jones Water Supply is a recognized leading supplier to the water and sewer industry servicing New York's southern tier as well as Northeast Pennsylvania.
Jones Water Supply has been operating for over 40 years and has established a solid reputation for providing excellent customer services throughout its products and associated services. Based in Binghamton, NY, Jones Water Supply employs a staff of 10.
The addition of Jones Water Supply to the RAMSCO family will allow us to take our services in this area to a higher level, and will enable the company to access new markets in both the waterworks products, and services industries. This partnership provides contractors, municipalities and utilities with the largest "footprint" of local representation and inventory in NY State.
RAMSCO is seeking to substantially expand its business in the Northeast and this acquisition marks the commencement of the Company's growth strategy.
